1. Educational information only
PentaRatio publishes general, educational stock screens. The grades are the same for everyone. They don't take your finances, goals or risk tolerance into account, and they aren't a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. PentaRatio isn't a broker or investment adviser and can't place trades. Prices and other data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Past characteristics don't guarantee future results. Do your own research, or talk to a licensed adviser, before investing.
2. Your lists stay on your device
Holdings and watchlists you enter in My Penta are saved in your own browser. We don't receive or store them. If you clear your browser data, they're gone unless you've exported a copy.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial research. You may not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download grades, rankings, tags or other site content, by any automated or manual means;
- use bots, scripts or repeated requests to the site's APIs beyond normal personal use, or try to get around rate limits or other access controls;
- reverse engineer, reconstruct or attempt to infer the model or its methodology;
- republish, resell or redistribute site content, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset, without our written permission;
- share member access, or try to get around the members-only view.
We may limit, block or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Membership
If we offer a membership, it's a flat subscription that shows every row of the published rankings. The rankings themselves are the same for everyone; membership only shows more of them. Members see every grade, including UK, EU and Hong Kong listings; the free view may cover only US listings and the top few rows of each UK, EU and Hong Kong index. It renews each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Signing in uses a one-time email link, and we keep only your email address (see our privacy policy).
5. Third-party content
Some pages link to filings and other documents published by third parties. Those documents belong to their publishers, and we don't endorse or summarize them.
6. No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Saga Dog Corp isn't liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
8. Privacy
How we handle data, including cookie-free analytics, is described in our privacy policy.
